Wind River Marketing Announces Acquisition by Patty Folks; Founders Travis and Kristi Petersen pass the torch.
Jackson, Wyoming — March 16, 2026 — Wind River Marketing, a premier B2B sales organization, is pleased to announce its official acquisition by Patty Folks and her leadership team.
The transition marks a significant milestone for Wind River Marketing, a B2B telemarketing firm that currently employs over 40 high-caliber sales agents serving a diverse client base in over 45 states and Canada. Patty Folks, who previously served as Vice President and Manager of the Atlanta Office, is uniquely positioned to lead the company into its next chapter of expansion.

This sale marks the second major successful exit for Travis Petersen. Prior to founding Wind River, Petersen was the founder and owner of AIRTEK Indoor Air Solutions, Inc., a San Diego-based company specializing in commercial HVAC cleaning and maintenance. That company was successfully acquired in 2010 by Alliance Environmental Group, Inc.

The acquisition was finalized on March 16, 2026. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
